In 2022 we undertook a large renovation of a 4 bedroom property in Watford, Herts.

A 1930’s semi in need of full modernisation we supported the transformation of the property from purchase, through to completion of renovation and move in. 

The renovation saw significant structural work with the property going back to bare brick, being made open plan, with a new extension housing an enlarged kitchen, moving of walls, removal of chimneys, full rewiring, replumbing, replastering, new floors and, and underfloor heating in tiled areas. 

We also oversaw landscaping of both the rear garden and front drive way to enable a full renovation in just over a year.
