In 2024 we undertook a quick turnaround of a studio flat in Watford, Herts.

Last renovated in 2012, this was originally a barbers shop when acquired. Moved from commercial use to residential the property needed a full overhaul including relocating the bathroom and installing a mains toilet.   

This renovation took a calendar 4 weeks including staging from rip out, to being made open plan, with a full replaster, new kitchen, bathroom, new floors and decorative work throughout.  

In 2022 we undertook on a refurb of an entire 4 bedroom semi detached house in Watford, Herts. Which had not been maintained over the last 30+ years, needed a full back to brick renovation.

This included chimney removal, new roof, new driveway and landscaping to the front, remodelling the garden to the rear with new landscaping. Inside included the removal of internal walls to create an open plan feel downstairs, with a full rewire, replaster, replumb, two new bathrooms, new floors, doors and redecocrating throughout with a boarded loft.

An 18 month project during COVID – this was a show home renovation.
