• Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself and leave the space in the same condition as when you arrived.
• Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage properly using the provided bins and follow recycling instructions.
• Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels to respect both us and our neighbours.
• Appliance Use: Use appliances responsibly. Remember to turn off lights and AC/heating when not in use.
• Laundry: If using laundry facilities, avoid overloading machines and follow usage instructions.
• Damage Reporting: Report any damages immediately so we can address them promptly.
• Key Management: Keep track of keys. A replacement fee will apply for lost keys.
