During your stay

• 2 guests maximum
• No pets
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography
• No smoking

Additional rules

• Please respect us and our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• Please clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.
• Dispose of garbage in the provided bins. Follow recycling guidelines.
• Use appliances responsibly. Turn off lights and AC/heating when not in use.
• Report any damages immediately.
• Keep track of keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
• Use outdoor areas respectfully. No loud activities after 9 PM.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• If using laundry facilities, do not overload machines and follow instructions.

Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking within 14 days of your stay, you will be responsible for the full payment.
